3. Orders & Payments

We accept payments via Shopify Payments, which includes major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure methods listed at checkout.
All prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud or incorrect payment authorization.

4. Shipping Policy

Origin: All orders are shipped from the United States.
We currently ship to most U.S. states and selected international destinations.
Shipping rates are based on your location and the total shipment weight.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier conditions or holidays.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Shipping method: USPS Ground Advantage (2–4 business days)
A fixed +$2 handling fee applies to each shipment.

Note: Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is currently unavailable.

International Shipping

International shipments are handled via FedEx, typically delivered within 3–5 business days, depending on destination.

Every additional pound adds +$5 (Zone 1 & 2) or +$6 (Zone 3).
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees in their country.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, weather, or carrier issues.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly — incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in additional shipping charges.

5. Liability

Nothing in these Terms will limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
However, we will not be responsible for:

Losses arising from misuse, storage errors, or failure to follow product guidance.
Delays or delivery failures beyond our control.

Our total liability will not exceed the value of the order in question.
