Please review the information below regarding our shipping methods, delivery times, and policies.
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information and a link to monitor delivery progress.
Processing times may be longer during holidays or product launches.
2. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
Prime Mode uses USPS Ground Advantage for all domestic shipments (2–4 business days).
Shipping rates are based on package weight and include a fixed +$2 handling fee.

📦 Note: Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is currently unavailable.
Orders ship Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.
3. International Shipping
International orders are shipped via FedEx, typically arriving within 3–5 business days, depending on destination.
Shipping rates are based on package weight and destination zone.

🌍 International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and any requirements imposed by their local customs authority.
Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.
4. Incorrect Address Policy
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages (Prime Mode Delivery Guarantee)
I care about every customer who trusts me with their order.
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us at support@primemode.me within 30 days of:

the delivery date (for damaged items), or

the estimated delivery date (for lost packages)
To process your request, please include:

a photo of the damaged item (if applicable)

a short description of the issue
Once reviewed, I will either:

send you a replacement, or

refund your money,
whichever you prefer.
6. Customs Rejection & Import Restrictions
Prime Mode is not responsible for packages that are:

returned due to unpaid import taxes,

held, delayed, or destroyed by customs authorities.
Refunds or reshipments are not available in these cases.
International customers are fully responsible for complying with their country’s import regulations.
7. Tracking Your Order
A tracking link will be emailed after your order ships.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
